Welcome to Sri Langta Baba Aviation (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

These Terms govern your use of srilangtababaaviation.com and our services.

By using our website or services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

By using our Service, you may receive service-related, promotional or marketing communications.

For purchases or bookings, we may require relevant customer, billing and payment information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to availability, pricing or description errors, incorrect information, suspected fraud, or unauthorized or illegal transactions.

In case of cancellation after confirmation, the following charges will apply:

• Force Majeure: 10% of Estimated Charter Value as flight preparation charges.
• 6 days or more before departure: 25% of Estimated Charter Value.
• Less than 6 days but more than 72 hours: 50% of Estimated Charter Value.
• Less than 72 hours before departure: 100% of Estimated Charter Value.
• Changes or cancellations after commencement of the flight program, where execution is not possible due to operational reasons or lack/lapse of required permissions, will be treated as last-minute cancellations and 100% cancellation charges will apply.
• Any damage caused to the aircraft shall be borne directly by the customer.

• Day detention charges after 4 hours of free waiting time: INR 100,000/hour for domestic flights and US$ 2,000/hour at international airports, subject to operator acceptance.
• Night halt charges: INR 250,000/night for domestic flights and US$ 2,500/night for international flights.
• Airport watch-hour extensions and additional charges imposed by Airport Authorities, Customs or other regulatory authorities will be billed separately.
• GST, currently 18%, will apply as per applicable Government of India rules.

Refunds will be processed according to the Company's applicable refund policy.

All content on the Service belongs to the Company or is used with permission.

Content may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, downloaded or commercially used without prior written permission.

Users must not use the Service for:

• Unlawful activities or violation of applicable laws.
• Fraud, spam or unauthorized solicitation.
• Impersonation of the Company, employees or others.
• Harassment, threats or harmful activities.
• Infringement of third-party rights.
• Activities that interfere with or restrict other users' access to the Service.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. The Company does not control or take responsibility for their content, privacy policies, services or practices.

Users should review the terms and privacy policies of such third-party websites.

Our Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website, information or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely accurate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where liability is established, it shall generally be limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service, subject to applicable law.

The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Service where users breach these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.

Provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability shall continue after termination where applicable.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Jharkhand, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw or restrict access to any part of the Service or its content without prior notice.

The Company shall not be responsible for temporary or permanent unavailability of the Service.
